To register and maintain an account on dbd22, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must be aged 18 years or older at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and active mobile number.
• You must be the sole beneficial owner and operator of your dbd22 account. Account sharing, resale, or transfer is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement previously requested with dbd22 that remains in effect.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing wagers.

Account Registration Process

Registration on dbd22 is completed via the registration form accessible from the Platform. You will be required to submit your mobile number (used as your primary login identifier), a chosen password, and to confirm your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the dbd22 Privacy Policy. An OTP (one-time password) will be dispatched to your registered mobile number to verify your contact details prior to account activation.

Single Account Rule

Each Player may hold only one active dbd22 account. Where dbd22 identifies that a Player holds, or has previously held, multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — dbd22 may void all associated wagers and bonuses, permanently close the duplicate accounts, and withhold any balance pending investigation. Players who believe they have accidentally created a duplicate account must contact [email protected] immediately to resolve the matter.

By using the dbd22 Platform, you agree to conduct yourself at all times in a manner consistent with these Terms and with applicable law. In addition to the eligibility conditions set out in Section 2, you undertake to observe the following obligations at all times:

• You will not attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or interfere with any Platform software, game engine, payment system, or security mechanism.
• You will not engage in collusion with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format offered on dbd22.
• You will not make chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent payment disputes against dbd22 through your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank channel. Any fraudulent chargeback will result in immediate account closure and may result in legal action.
• You will not harass, threaten, or abuse dbd22 staff, customer support agents, or other players through any channel.

Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where dbd22 determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Player has engaged in prohibited conduct, dbd22 reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions: immediately suspend or permanently close the Player's account; void all pending and recent wagers; withhold and forfeit any balance in the account; recover losses suffered by dbd22 as a result of the conduct; and report the matter to law enforcement or financial crime authorities where required or appropriate.

dbd22 offers a range of promotional incentives to new and returning players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL tournament windows. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be transferred to the main withdrawable balance.
• Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, standard wagering requirements are 30x the bonus amount. This means a ৳1,000 bonus must generate ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager toward the requirement; live casino table games typically contribute 10%; and sports bets may have specific minimum odds requirements, details of which are published in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period (typically 7–30 days as specified in the promotion). Unused bonus balances and any associated wagering progress will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, household, IP address, device, or mobile payment account. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and may result in forfeiture and account suspension.
• dbd22 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, provided that changes shall not apply retroactively to bonuses already actively claimed and in progress by a Player.

Bonus Abuse

dbd22 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing hedging bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, using automated software to churn bonus funds, and exploiting technical errors or misconfigured promotions. Where bonus abuse is identified, dbd22 will void the relevant bonus and any winnings generated, and may close the offending account permanently.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over defined time periods. Once a loss limit is reached, further wagering is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Time-Out: Players may activate a temporary time-out period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, the account is locked and all promotional communications are suppressed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently or indefinitely stop gambling on dbd22 may request self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion is activated within 24 hours of a verified request and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Players can enable session reminder notifications that alert them to the duration of their current gaming session at regular intervals.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dbd22 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

Without limiting the foregoing, dbd22's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their dbd22 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

No Warranty

The dbd22 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. dbd22 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, or free from other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced in advance where practicable, and dbd22 will use reasonable endeavours to minimise service disruptions during peak Bangladesh Standard Time hours.

Force Majeure

dbd22 shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond dbd22's reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of government or regulatory authority, internet or telecommunications infrastructure failures, power outages, cyberattacks, pandemics, civil unrest, or any other event of force majeure. In such circumstances, dbd22's obligations are suspended for the duration of the force majeure event, and dbd22 will use reasonable endeavours to resume normal service as promptly as possible.

Amendments to These Terms

dbd22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — such as modifications to withdrawal conditions, bonus wagering requirements, or Player obligations — dbd22 will provide advance notice of at least 7 days via email to registered Players and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The "Effective Date" displayed in the hero section of this page reflects the date on which the current version of these Terms came into force. Prior versions of these Terms are archived and available upon request by contacting [email protected].

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed clause.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the dbd22 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and dbd22 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and dbd22 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our support team at [email protected]. dbd22 will use reasonable endeavours to respond to and resolve complaints within 10 Bangladesh business days of receipt.

Where informal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be escalated through formal channels as advised by dbd22's compliance team at the time of the dispute. Nothing in this clause limits dbd22's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where dbd22 has a legitimate interest in protecting its intellectual property, security, or commercial integrity.
